Q- “I don’t use the internet or email, can I just fax in the completed CF2R document to the Registry?”

A- No, the Registries only accept online input to their forms. If you want to register a project you’ll need to go online or have someone go online for you to fill out and electronically sign the CF2R forms.

Q- I speak a language other than English. Is there a registry in Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog or Sanskrit that I can use?”

A- Sorry, not at this time. You will have to find someone to translate languages other than English. We can only help with basic Spanish.

Q- “Can you just give me the report?”

A- We can after you complete the CF2R installation document about the system your company designed, specified and installed. We can’t create a CF3R in the Registry until the CF2R is complete.
